Comments are frozen. No need to put in requests any longer. Use these layouts to pick whatever room you want for your characters.
Housing begins on floor one which is one floor above Main/Lobby. There are gated elevators and several stairways that lead to any floor a sinner may need to reach. Each floor looks simple enough upon first inspection but as they are wandered it becomes clear there is no real rhyme or reason to it's layout. Countless hallways and doors that are jammed shut or boarded up. As Hell grows, some of these rooms might become available. Some might not.
Currently, there are four floors above main/lobby.
Floor One - Temporary Rooms
Floor Two - Four Person Suites
Floor Three - Four Person Suits & Doubles
Floor Four - Doubles, Singles, Executive Suites
Floor Five - Marriage Suites
Outside in Hellburbia there are a couple of houses that people can claim. Some might need a bit of clean up, and well. Just remember what happened there...
Available to selective Club Penance employees are a few rooms to simplify their lives, and encourage free feeding for the succubi and incubi employees.
High rollers which indulge in the vices Casino Styx has to offer, can also win one exclusive VIP suite.
Put in OOC requests for any housing in the comments below.
Make sure to put a room request comment UNDER the comment heading of appropriate room type you are requesting to prevent confusion.
Temporary
Located on the first floor, Room 100 - 150. These are basic rooms. They have three beds in them that aren't entirely comfortable but they shouldn't hinder sleep too much. Each person will have a chest of drawers for themselves, a nightstand, and one shared bathroom. They will be required to stay here for the first month before moving to something more permanent. All rooming arrangements will be randomly assigned.
Also worth noting is that instead of a bible in the drawer, you'll find copies of The Divine Comedy. The paintings on the wall are all various depictions of hell as well.

Suites
Located on the Second (Room 200 - 250) and Third floors (Room 300 - 324), the suites are where guests are moved after the temporary rooming of the first month. The decor is much the same as you see in other rooms but at least there is privacy. Four private rooms, larger beds, more storage, a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stove, and microwave, and two bathrooms (one of which is in the "master" bedroom. Have fun arguing over who gets that one, kids). Included is a small living area with a TV and a dining room. Guests may stay in these rooms for as long as they want.
Important things to note is that the kitchenette doesn't come stocked. There are basic items you would find such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plate with two burners. The cupboards have a few plates, bowls, cups and glasses. There is some cutlery, pots and pans, and a few other very basic cooking utensils. No food or drinks come with the suite. Sinners will have to stock up themselves from the kitchens. If sinners want something more elaborate that requires baking or more than two burners and so forth, they'll have to go to the kitchens.
These suites are randomly assigned. A person may OOCLY request room assignments. However this is seen as convenience or luck and is not an IC process. Many people still choose randomization!

Doubles
Located on the third floor (Room 325 - 350) and fourth floor (Room 400 - 424). Whether you barter your way into them through sinning and dragging others down with you, or you earn them by participating in redemption, double rooms are available after four months at the hotel. Sinners get more freedom and can choose their roommate, finally! While there is no kitchen, there's plenty of privacy to go around.

Singles
On the fourth floor, Room 425 - 436 there are singles. These are reserved for those who have truly won Lucifer's favor. They are limited availability with only 12 rooms available, but offer a spacious bed, a large bathroom, and all the privacy you could ask for. These will be available after six months served in hell and showing regular participation in either the punishment portions of the events or actively dragging others into sinning. They're also given on a first come and first serve basis.

Executive Suites
Located on the fourth floor, Room 437 - 450. These amazing suites are even more rare than single rooms. There are only fourteen of these in the entire hotel and require one year in game before being requested (if sinners even know about them); but that's not all. To acquire one of these suites a sinner also needs to have shown an extensive history of sin along with loyalty and an offering to Lucifer. They just might be worth it, though. The suite is incredible.
Extremely large and comfortable. The bedroom door will lead you into a work den with a desk, chair, couch, and some rather interesting looking plants that might bite. A sliding door to the right leads into the sleeping area with a cushy king sized bed that has plush pillows. There is a huge dresser and two side tables. A frosted glass door leads to a walk in closet with a vanity desk and hollywood vanity mirror.
Just outside of the bedroom area is a washroom with a walk in shower. On the other side of that wall is a closet accessible from the main area of the suite. The main area or 'living room' of the suite has various different seating options, a table where people can play cards or drink, an entertainment system, and a few more of those fun biting plants.
This suite comes with a full kitchen. This includes a stocked bar fridge, plenty of counter space, double sinks, stove and oven, and lots of cupboards. The bar fridge starts stocked, but it wont remain that way. There's plenty of cutlery, pots and pans and other basic appliances within and a breakfast nook next to it that can seat four. A small walk away is a room where more food and storage can be stowed away. A deep freezer, large fridge, and pantry lay within. Attached to this is a personal laundry room.

Marriage Suites
Located on the fifth floor, Room 501-525. Marriage in Hell doesn't have to be a drag! For those who marry through the Casino Styx wedding chapel, there are now suites available to live out your newly wedded bliss while you enjoy eternal damnation! Originally added by Barbas, these suites include:
Large beds big enough for two (or more)! The mattresses are extremely cozy and comfortable and generally seem to encourage a blissful night's sleep. In the bed side table, there are a variety of condoms (to suit everyone's preference or tastebuds), aphrodisiac-laced potions, etc. Through the bedroom, has access to a large walk-through closet, in unit laundry, and an impressive bathroom with a large jetted tub. The closet has all the marital aids a new couple could need to keep their love life spicyand the incubi and succubi fed. The décor is tastefully done with plenty of room for customization.
Of course not all of one's time can be spent in the bed! The living room is full of plush, comfortable furniture with a balcony attached that provides an amazing view of Hell itself any time of day. There's also a full kitchen and dining area that has plenty of room for visiting guests.

Houses
Located in an almost idyllic suburbia of Penance, these homes have everything one could want! Spacious designs, plenty of rooms, and a few old cars or motorcycles for the claiming. The Penance hotel and other establishments are only a walk away from this peaceful little neighborhood. Homes may be claimed on a first come, first serve basis after six months in Hell. A total of 18 houses will be available. These homes have a total of four bedrooms so sinners are allowed to invite others to stay!
While seemingly peaceful, please note that these homes don't come stocked with much of anything. All appliances are aged and while they look in top condition they may not work quite as well as one hoped. Think the 1950s. Cupboards and fridges might have a few things left over but they are all incredibly outdated and need to be thrown out. Food must be bought or lifted from the hotel itself. Hellburbia, while within the borders of Penance, doesn't have the same protection and safety that the Hotel does given its close to the borders. Hellburbia is also not a pocket area and is effected by events the same as everywhere else unless otherwise specified!

Club Penance Suites
Located in Club Penance, Room 201-206. For those who spend their time working hard in the sex club side of Club Penance, why keep going all the way back to the hotel or Hellburbia? Now you can have a room on site, and a faster trip to work, located on the second floor of the club.
While there is only one luxurious, comfortable bed (with plenty of room for two or more) there are two main bathrooms, and a small powder room to help accommodate multiple partners. There is a living area with plenty of plush chairs and couches, appropriate for more activities than just sitting.
There isn't a kitchen or bar in this suite (though there is a mini fridge), but workers of Club Penance and their partners and guests are welcome to take what they crave from the Club Penance bar and kitchen.

Located in Casino Styx Room 201-206. For the gambler that wants it all, there are spacious VIP suites located in the upper floors of the casino. Don't worry, they're sound proof, so all of the hustle and bustle of the floor below won't be heard, or any of the noises coming from one of these luxurious suites.
There are two bedrooms each with a large, comfortable bed, personal closet, sitting area and adjoined bathroom. An open floor nook with floor to ceiling windows gives an incredible view of Hell's vast land. Complete with mini bar, sinners that live here need never worry about the lack of a kitchen, as they can request room service.
